Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, team management & organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office & administrative tools
- Facility management, budgeting, and finance skills
- Excellent time management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role - Degree or HND in Administration or a related discipline
- Certification in Administration is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, staff coordination & discipline
- Lead and motivate staff, manage office supplies and scheduling
- Handle payroll, office budgeting & basic accounting
- Submit weekly reports and maintain effective communication within PAN
- Implement efficiency systems and conduct staff evaluations for executives
