The South-South Regional Immunization Workshop held in Uyo on the 22nd of April 2024. In attendance were 36 delegates from 6 states within the region. The PAN President, Dr Ekanem Ekure was present to give the welcome address while the goodwill messages were given by stakeholders such as Dr Vivien Otu, the D.G of SPHCDA, Cross-Rivers state amongst others. The workshop activities included lectures, breakout sessions as well as role-modelling exercises to empower the champions on effective strategies for improvement of immunization uptake in Nigeria.
