 Membership
There are various categories of members:
1.    Ordinary members are physicians with post-graduate qualification in paediatrics, registrable with the Nigerian Medical Council.
2.    Trainee members are Residents in Paediatrics.
3.    Associate members include interested medically qualified practitioners not eligible for admission as ordinary members, Nutritionists, Nurses and other professionals with special interest in Paediatrics and Child Health.
4.    Corporate members i.e. corporate organizations with interest in Paediatrics and Child Health.
5.    Honorary members. PAN has provision in her constitution to recognize non members who have made outstanding contributions to Paediatrics and Child Health and to the welfare of children generally.
